Marv Luster, #27

Luster began his career with the Montreal Alouettes in 1961, then joined the Toronto Argonauts during the 1964 season and played there until 1972. He rejoined the Alouettes for the final two years of his career, 1973 and 1974.

He was an eight-time East Division All-Star. His final CFL game was Montreal’s 1974 Grey Cup win. In a show of great respect, Montreal head coach Marv Levy dressed Luster for the 1974 Grey Cup championship even though he had not played since the 11th game of the regular season.

He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1990.
