Herb Trawick, #56
Herb Trawick played with the Alouettes for his entire professional career. One of the first three Black players hired by the Alouettes, Trawick played both offence and defence in the 1940s. His moment of glory came during the 1949 Grey Cup final in Toronto, when he forced a fumble from the Calgary Stampeders quarterback, Keith Spaith.
He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1975.
